Ideal candidates have an Associate or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 2 years' relevant experience, and strong MS Office/Excel skills. This role requires excellent customer service and overtime as needed.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for providing accounting support to the Business Manager, with a primary focus on accounts receivable, as well as assisting members with their immediate needs. This may include, but is not limited to, processing and reconciling accounts receivable, collecting payments, supporting general ledger accounting and account and bank reconciliation, giving information on the facility, products and services, and assisting with reservations. This position may be referred to as a Member Service Specialist.
