Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a MAP Operations and Vendor Services Manager to serve as the county and funder liaison and to oversee the MOVS business unit.

This role manages vendor services, subcontractor compliance, risk management, and cross‑functional operational coordination to advance MAP Programs. You will supervise subcontractor compliance processes, lead corrective actions, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with procurement, HR, IT, and QA to align operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years operational leadership experience.
• Government contract/vendor management experience.
• Strong compliance and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with reporting systems and compliance analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis experience preferred.
• Nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary county and funder business liaison.
• Oversee subcontractor contracts and compliance.
• Manage vendor approvals and performance oversight.
• Monitor risk management and operational compliance.
• Coordinate with procurement, HR, IT, QA to align operations with strategic goals.
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Supervise and train site staff, conduct performance appraisals.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management or government stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate operational records and audit documentation.
