The role includes supervising staff, reviewing client paperwork, monitoring treatment adherence, and coordinating with program leadership to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field; two years’ case management experience, or equivalent by experience.
• One year management/supervision experience or three years case management experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and handle counseling, intake, discharge, and aftercare services.
• Supervise Case Manager staff and oversee shift responses and emergencies.
• Review client files, monitor treatment compliance, and document movement.
• Train staff in security, client supervision, and case management duties.
