Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. seeks a dedicated IT Generalist to join our MAP program in San Bernardino, CA. MAP engages the community and provides rehabilitative programming for justice-involved individuals, hosting sub-contractors at one site.

The role collaborates with the Sr. Mgr. of IT Operations and a third-party IT support firm to coordinate client support, maintain IT standards and processes, install and troubleshoot systems, and manage inventories.

Qualifications

• Three years of IT and technical support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and M365.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client support with MSP and IT team.
• Maintain defined IT standards, processes and equipment.
• Install and configure computers, printers, servers and network devices.
• Provide day-to-day desktop and mobile support.
• Assist with software upgrades and security controls.
• Maintain inventory and licenses.
• Handle on-call support outside normal business hours.
