Community Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Case Aide for the MAP program in Barstow, CA. The role supports rehabilitation and vocational training for justice-involved individuals within a multi-contractor site, emphasizing trauma-informed practices across the organization.

You will supervise clients, enforce facility policies, coordinate discharges, and assist with intake data collection and goal development. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with hourly compensation of $21.86 and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years’ experience in social services or similar field, education may be substituted with experience.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for clients’ location at all times and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations.
• Client supervision and key control.
• Head counts and monitoring of clients location and visitors log.
• Emergency and other program required procedures.
• Collects intake data, develops and documents program plan goals with clients, monitors in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals.
• Assists in client orientation as assigned. Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action and monitors on an ongoing basis.
• Coordinates discharges with referral agencies.
• Supervises client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion.
• Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulations and policies. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
