Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) seeks a dedicated Case Manager Supervisor for our MAP site in Barstow, CA. You will supervise case managers, oversee client movements, and ensure safety and service quality within a multi-contractor setting.

We emphasize trauma-informed practices, community collaboration, and accountability. The role involves monitoring, training, and coordination to maintain effective program operations and client progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field and two years’ case management experience.
• One year of management and supervision experience or three years of case management.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and perform counseling, intake, discharge, aftercare and records management.
• Supervise Case Manager staff and oversee shift problems and emergencies.
• Review client paperwork monthly for organization and quality.
• Monitor client treatment compliance and report to the program director.
• Train staff in security procedures and client supervision as needed.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and program operations.
• Perform duties of human service worker/case manager when required.
