Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. in Barstow, CA seeks a dedicated Case Manager Supervisor to lead the MAP program team and oversee supervisory case management duties at a multi-contractor site.

Responsibilities include caseload management, staff supervision, intake and discharge planning, and ensuring safety and service quality across interviews and documentation. The role supports trauma-informed practices and community partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social science field.
• Two years' experience in case management or related field.
• One year of supervisory/management experience or three years of case management.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and perform counseling, intake, discharge and aftercare duties.
• Supervise Case Manager staff and oversee shift responses to issues.
• Review client paperwork for timeliness and quality monthly.
• Monitor treatment compliance and report modifications to the program director.
• Assist in training staff in security procedures and case management duties.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and perform program director duties when needed.
