Job summary

Community Solutions is seeking a dedicated Case Manager Supervisor for the MAP program in Barstow, CA. The role manages a caseload, supervises staff, and oversees client care within a multi-agency setting.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a social science and at least two years in case management or related work, plus strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field and two years’ experience in case management or similar field.
• One year experience in supervision of staff or three years in case management.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills desired.
• Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.
• Experience with assessment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and perform counseling, intake, discharge, aftercare and documentation duties.
• Supervise Case Manager staff and oversee shift problems and emergencies.
• Review client paperwork for content, timeliness and quality.
• Monitor client compliance with treatment and adjust as needed.
• Lead staff training on security procedures and case management duties.
• Maintain program records and logs and ensure policy compliance.
