Job summary

The position emphasizes data-driven recommendations, program evaluation, and ongoing collaboration with faculty chairs and district leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and two years of student services or college teaching experience, or coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.
Equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains strategic employer and industry partnerships; negotiates internship, apprenticeship, and work-based learning placement agreements.
Designs and coordinates apprenticeship, internship, and stackable-credential pathway options; monitors trends and suggests curriculum updates.
Builds and manages the job-placement pipeline with employer partners; coordinates hiring events and job fairs.
Tracks program KPIs (enrollment, retention, completion, job placement) and prepares reports for funders and leadership.
Cultivates K-12 dual-enrollment partnerships and represents the program at industry events.
