Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and leads workforce programs using a systems approach.
Coordinates implementation, evaluates effectiveness, resolves complex issues, and provides technical assistance to ensure successful program delivery.
Develops reports and KPI dashboards and analyzes data to drive improvements.
Provides training and technical guidance to staff and stakeholders.
Serves as a liaison between internal departments, colleges, and external partners.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and monitors funding opportunities.
