Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Plans, organizes, and leads workforce programs using a systems approach.
• Coordinates implementation, evaluates effectiveness, resolves complex issues, and provides technical assistance to ensure successful program delivery.
• Develops reports and KPI dashboards and analyzes data to drive improvements.
• Provides training and technical guidance to staff and stakeholders.
• Serves as a liaison between internal departments, colleges, and external partners.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and monitors funding opportunities.
