Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District in the Tempe area is seeking a Student Services Analyst (Specially Funded) to manage relationships with industry partners, design apprenticeship and stackable-credential pathways, and track KPIs for construction workforce programs.

The role requires independent analysis, data-informed recommendations, and coordination with faculty chairs to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with grant-funded initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strategic employer and industry partnerships; negotiates internship, apprenticeship, and work-based learning placement agreements; serves as the program's primary liaison to industry and economic-development stakeholders.
• Designs and coordinates apprenticeship, internship, and stackable-credential pathway options in coordination with the Faculty Chair; monitors industry and technology trends and makes recommendations for curriculum and pathway enhancements.
• Builds and manages the job-placement pipeline with employer partners; plans and coordinates hiring events, job fairs, and apprenticeship-to-employment transitions; tracks placement outcomes.
• Tracks program KPIs (enrollment, retention, completion, job placement); analyzes program data to evaluate effectiveness and recommends improvements; prepares reports and dashboards for funders, district, and college leadership.
• Cultivates K-12/high school dual-enrollment partnerships; represents the program at industry conferences, sector-partnership meetings, and district-level workforce initiatives related to construction.
• Supports grant and project management: assists with budget tracking, deliverable reporting, and compliance monitoring for program grants. Other duties as assigned.
