As part of MCCCD's Workforce and Economic Development team, this position provides advanced coordination, operational planning, data analysis, and subject matter expertise to support system-wide workforce programs and initiatives.
The role collaborates with internal and external partners to solve complex challenges, improve processes, and ensure workforce programs are effectively implemented and aligned with industry and institutional goals. This position helps strengthen pathways that prepare students for today's and tomorrow's workforce while supporting the needs of Arizona's employers.
30% - Program Leadership, Coordination, and Administration:
20% - Stakeholder Engagement and Liaison Activities:
15% - Data Analysis, Reporting, and Program Evaluation:
15% - Staff Leadership and Team Coordination:
10% - Program Development and Implementation:
10% - Compliance, Policy Interpretation, and Eligibility Evaluation:
Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or directly related field and four (4) years of related program management experience, preferably in an educational setting.
OR
An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered.
