Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Manufacturing Vertical Leader within the Solutions & Services Group to accelerate growth of the Manufacturing portfolio. You will shape go-to-market, expand the portfolio, and drive revenue through cross-functional leadership and partnerships with Offering Development, Solutions Architects, and specialized Sales Executives.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership of vertical growth, strategic deals, and a scalable GTM model.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, vertical GTM, or business leadership within technology or services.
• Proven track record of scaling and evolving an existing Manufacturing or industry vertical portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to improve pipeline generation, sales effectiveness, and revenue performance.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry and Industry 4.0, smart factory, IoT/edge, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams spanning sales, solutioning, and offering development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth and evolution of Lenovo's Manufacturing vertical portfolio to drive accelerated revenue.
• Assess and refine the portfolio, identifying gaps and expansion opportunities.
• Enhance and package SSG's services into differentiated industry-specific solutions for Manufacturing.
• Align offerings to smart factory, Industry 4.0, edge computing, and sustainability priorities.
• Evolve vertical sales motions and route-to-market strategies.
• Strengthen GTM strategy to increase market relevance and differentiation.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary Manufacturing vertical team and recruit talent.
• Partner with service offerings, product, marketing, and delivery to refine solutions.
