Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading large manufacturing teams and complex environments.
• Proven track record in productivity gains and cost reductions.
• Experience with production planning, quality systems, and manufacturing metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, delivery, cost, and safety goals.
• Direct daily production schedules, staffing, and resources to meet demand.
• Establish standards, processes, and performance expectations aligned with business goals.
• Coach and develop manufacturing leaders and teams; succession planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and product delivery.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost management.
