Job summary

Clarios, LLC in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead employee onboarding, EHS training, and job certification in a manufacturing setting.

You will develop and deliver classroom and on-the-job training, manage training materials, schedules, and progress, and collaborate with management to improve training effectiveness across safety, quality, TPM, and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to prepare and maintain training materials across platforms.
• Able to develop and implement training programs aligned with EHS, Quality, TPM and Lean.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, safety, and job certification programs for new hires.
• Instruct classroom and on-the-job training on the production floor.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain training materials across platforms.
• Create, update, and track training schedules and progress.
• Support new hire orientation and contractor onboarding as needed.
• Investigate training needs and implement improvements for EHS, Quality, TPM, and Lean.
