Clayton Homes is seeking a Training Specialist to support workforce development by implementing and facilitating training programs that build job skills and onboarding across manufacturing operations. You will partner with production leadership, trainers and cross-functional teams to deliver effective learning solutions while maintaining records, analyzing data and promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish professional proficiency required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; degree in Training & Development or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training, workforce development, manufacturing operations, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of training program development, facilitation techniques, learning assessment, and employee skill development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, process improvement, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems or related learning technologies.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and facilitate training programs for new hires, cross-training initiatives, and ongoing workforce development activities.
• Customize and maintain training materials, job aids, and skill development tools to support production processes and operational standards.
• Partner with trainers, coaches, and leadership to ensure training consistency, evaluate skill development, and identify learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and EHS teams to align training programs with business objectives, safety requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding activities by facilitating training, reinforcing company standards, and helping team members successfully transition into their roles.
• Maintain training records, monitor skill progression, analyze training data, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to learning content, delivery methods, and development programs to improve engagement and performance.
