Clayton is seeking a Training Specialist to support workforce development by implementing and facilitating training programs that build job skills, onboarding, and operational excellence across manufacturing operations.

This role partners with production leadership, trainers, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and develop a world-class learning culture. You will coordinate programs, customize materials, and track progress to provide leadership insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• High School Diploma or GED; degree in Training & Development preferred.
• 2+ years in training, workforce development, manufacturing operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of training program development, facilitation techniques, learning assessment, and employee skill development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations, process improvement, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and facilitate training programs for new hires, cross-training initiatives, and ongoing workforce development activities.
• Customize and maintain training materials, job aids, and skill development tools to support production processes and operational standards.
• Partner with trainers, coaches, and leadership to ensure training consistency, evaluate skill development, and identify learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, Continuous Improvement, Quality, and EHS teams to align training programs with business objectives, safety requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding activities by facilitating training, reinforcing company standards, and helping team members successfully transition into their roles.
• Maintain training records, monitor skill progression, analyze training data, and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to learning content, delivery methods, and development programs to improve engagement and performance.
