Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Technical Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Training/L&D experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of training principles, adult learning, and facilitation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for training delivery.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials aligned to manufacturing processes and LEAN methods.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs such as Quality, Safety, and New Hire Orientation.
• Deliver compliance and skills-based training with external partners.
• Partner with external providers to ensure engaging program execution.
• Promote continuous learning and a culture of safety, quality, respect, and care.
• Design and enhance training solutions to support continuous improvement.
• Track, document, and report all training for the location to ensure compliance.
