Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring proper resource allocation and participant availability.
• Deliver engaging and effective training across various manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
• Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
