Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Training Manager to lead the department for 1st and Swing Shifts, overseeing approximately seven direct reports. You will partner with HSE, HR, and Operations to align training with production goals and drive program effectiveness across multiple processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in a similar training leadership role, with strong communication, curriculum design, and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge to foster continuous improvement and

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and curricula.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Training Department across 1st and Swing Shift with ~7 direct reports.
• Collaborate with HSE, HR, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to align training with production goals.
• Establish structured technical training for new hires and cross-train operators across shifts.
