You will evaluate processes, ensure QMS training compliance, and apply effective instructional techniques to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing.
• Expert proficiency on all respective manufacturing processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and work teams.
• Self-motivated with a high level of engagement.

Responsibilities

• Implement the GROW Model Learning System for hourly manufacturing team members.
• Support the Learning and Development plan and site training initiatives.
• Evaluate work processes for potential improvements and ensure QMS training compliance.
• Facilitate on-the-job training to meet ABB standards on Safety, Quality and Operations.
