Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training or L&D, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models and adult learning principles.
• Proven ability to assess needs, design curriculum, and deliver impactful training programs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic training programs across Operations, Engineering, HR and Safety.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve training strategies aligned with business goals.
• Mentor training team and production trainers; foster coaching culture.
• Serve as liaison between Training, Operations, Engineering, HR, and Safety.
• Lead training for new processes, technologies and organizational changes.
• Ensure smooth adoption through clear communication and effective learning interventions.
• Establish benchmarks for training efficiency; leverage analytics to drive decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative learning tools.
