You will supervise the training coordinator and the material handler trainer while developing curricula and learning materials to improve workplace performance.

You will assess needs, create curriculum and learning aids, and track KPIs to demonstrate training impact.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering employee training curricula.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the training coordinator and material handling trainer.
• Map out annual training plans for management and operators.
• Design and develop training programs using manuals, SOPs, and videos.
• Track training, assess effectiveness, and report outcomes to management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on instructional design.
