Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge on all operations in the area, material flow and SAP transactions.
• Demonstrated multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in training programs.
• Reach, grasp, lift 50 lbs, and push/pull/slide heavy material and coordinates.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees to fulfill the work schedule and support cross-training initiatives defined by the Production Manager.
• Perform SAP transactions throughout the production process and update reports/files for metric calculations.
• Identify and report production issues, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve them.
• Ensure adherence to 5S/6S, Lean principles, and waste mitigation strategies.
• Empower the team and ensure tool calibration and area cleanliness.
• Prioritize work and manage time effectively.
