Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, training, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Experience developing learning strategies that include digital learning preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training coordinator and material handling trainer.
• Map out annual training plans for management and operators.
• Design and develop training programs using manuals, SOPs, and videos.
• Track training by employee and maintain records.
• Develop training metrics and competency assessments to gauge impact.
• Assess instructional effectiveness and determine impact on skills and KPIs.
