Danone USA is seeking a Training Manager based in West Jordan, UT to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs across plant operations. You will partner with Operations, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and HR to ensure access to knowledge, skills, and certifications for safe and efficient performance.

You will oversee onboarding, skill-gap analysis, and development plans, while managing training records, LMS, and compliance documentation to pass audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Business Admin, Industrial Tech or related field.
• 5+ years in training, learning and development or manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years leading training programs or teams.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement site training strategy to support operational excellence.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Identify skill gaps and create development plans with department leaders.
• Manage training matrices, records, and audits.
• Oversee LMS implementation and training tracking processes.
• Ensure compliance training with Quality, Safety and Regulatory standards.
• Develop and deliver leadership, technical, and functional training.
• Lead development of training facilities at the site.
• Monitor training effectiveness via assessments and metrics.
• Coach frontline leaders in standard work and OJT.
• Drive continuous improvement of organizational capability.
