Job summary
Danone is seeking a Maintenance Leader for its yogurt manufacturing plant in West Jordan, Utah. As the Maintenance Leader, you will oversee equipment maintenance plans, ensuring reliability and performance. You will lead scheduling efforts, develop annual plans, and track maintenance KPIs.
The role requires a High School Diploma or G.E.D., with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience and a strong technical background in maintenance systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' manufacturing experience with demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work in a fluid environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the maintenance work scheduling and planning.
- Review and prioritize work orders within 24 hours.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
