Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience performing training in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to teach employees at all levels.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with an LMS.
• Ability to coordinate, schedule, and manage multiple training projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and hands-on training for machine operation, safety procedures, and quality processes.
• Organize training sessions with supervisors, manage training schedules, and coordinate on-the-job coaching.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO) and update the LMS.
• Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training materials, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance.
