  • Ability to coordinate, schedule, and manage multiple training projects concurrently.

Training Coordinator

$60k- $65k with benefits - Medical, Dental, 401k, Pay advancement options, Holidays, and PTO

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year

The training coordinator organizes, develops, and oversees employee training programs to enhance skills and ensure compliance, acting as a key link between staff needs and organizational goals. Key duties include conducting needs assessments, scheduling sessions, creating materials, and evaluating effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct new hire orientation and hands on training for machine operation, safety procedures, and quality processes.
  • Organize training sessions with supervisors, manage training schedules, and coordinate on-the-job coaching.
  • Maintain training documentation, ensure compliance with safety/quality standards (e.g. ISO, GMPS) and update the training management system (LMS).
  • Identify skill gaps through observation and feedback to create targeted training materials, standard operating procedures, (SOPs), and work instructions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance.
Qualifications
  • 1-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Knowledge of GMP
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to teach employees at all levels.
  • Strong Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel), and experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ability to coordinate, schedule, and tack multiple training projects concurrently.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
