Job summary

JC Automation Corp. (JCA) is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop and maintain the project training program, ensuring personnel are trained on procedures, SOPs, and site access requirements.

The role coordinates individual learning plans with site training personnel, conducts periodic compliance audits, and leads onboarding to align with learning plan requirements and site standards. The position requires knowledge of GMP/regulated training, LMS usage, and the ability to coordinate training

Qualifications

• Experience developing training plans and training matrices for project personnel, preferably within a Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) or comparable regulated project environment.
• Working knowledge of GMP/regulated training requirements, SOPs, and LMS.
• Experience establishing individual learning plans and coordinating with site training personnel.
• Ability to perform training compliance audits and identify gaps in required training for project personnel.
• Experience coordinating project onboarding, including compliance with learning plan requirements, contractor safety, site access, and system access.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to schedule and deliver training sessions across multiple roles and disciplines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to support training documentation, audits, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a training plan for all roles in the project.
• Identify all procedures and training applicable for the project.
• Develop and maintain a training matrix indicating who is required to be trained on SOPs.
• Work with site training personnel to establish individual learning plans.
• Perform periodic audits to ensure project personnel are trained for activities they perform.
• Coordinate training sessions as needed.
• Onboard project resources, ensuring compliance with learning plan requirements, Beeline, contractor safety, site access, and device requirements.
