Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Training Coordinator to support manufacturing performance and regulatory compliance through coordinated training. You will deliver and document technical training for site employees, ensuring trained and qualified personnel before performing tasks.

The role involves managing the LMS, collaborating with supervisors and SMEs, and maintaining audit-ready records in line with procedures.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating or delivering training in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage learners.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding, technical, refresher, and qualification training for manufacturing employees.
Manage training plans, curricula, and qualification requirements.
Administer the Learning Management System and generate compliance reports.
Maintain audit-ready training records and document retention.
Verify trainees’ competency before they perform tasks independetly.
Develop and deliver effective training materials and assessments.
Provide timely reports on training completion and compliance trends.
Support audits by retrieving training documentation and responding to requests.
Identify training gaps and suggest improvements to materials and methods.
