Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Training Coordinator in Martinsburg, WV for first shift. You will organize, develop, and oversee employee training programs, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include conducting new hire orientation, scheduling sessions, maintaining LMS records, and evaluating training effectiveness. Qualifications include 1–5+ years in manufacturing, GMP knowledge, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to teach employees at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ability to coordinate, schedule, and manage multiple training projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and hands-on training for machine operation, safety procedures, and quality processes.
• Organize training sessions with supervisors, manage training schedules, and coordinate on-the-job coaching.
• Maintain training documentation, ensure compliance with safety/quality standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) and update the LMS.
• Identify skill gaps to create training materials, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance.
