Campbell Soup Company is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coach front-line leadership and engage hourly technicians in plant-wide initiatives, including Continuous Improvement Projects and HPO initiatives. This role ensures safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, KPIs, and organizational capability.

You will lead across three shifts, develop leaders, manage labor, and drive daily management systems while coordinating with WHQ Engineering, Process Safety, and Product

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of supervisory experience or 2+ years of operations experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Nice to have 2+ years of operations leadership in manufacturing; cross-functional operations experience.
• Strong ability to lead teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide direction and priorities for the business unit and align with the site across shifts.
• Develop and maintain teamwork plans and budgets.
• Manage direct and indirect labor efficiently.
• Develop Team Leaders and other leadership; coach and train staff.
• Lead safety management and daily management systems (DDS, CL, RCFA).
• Communicate unit results and needs to senior management.
• Track KPIs including safety and quality; support strategic planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional relationships with plant and WHQ teams.
• Drive cost control, yield, and people development across shifts.
• Participate in operational excellence initiatives and capital forecasting.
