Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience conducting training in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Facilitation and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily technical training to assist with certification.
• Partners with OPS L&D leader for onboarding training.
• Assists with evaluating training locally using set standards.
• Supports creation of site-specific training solutions.
