Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician to keep test equipment running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, support production needs, and assist with installation and validation of new test systems.

You will work with Manufacturing Test Engineers to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure QA and regulatory compliance. Join a team focused on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Industrial Technology, or related technical field.
• 3+ years supporting manufacturing test equipment, automated systems, or similar equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience using tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing test equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and computer-based systems.
• Support production by quickly resolving equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
• Help build, install, and validate new test systems.
• Assist with calibrations, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and equipment records.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams.
