Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Service Tech to perform repairs and electrical testing on the Spectrum Infusion Pump. You will follow GDP, document findings, and support packaging, repair, or testing as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience with electro-mechanical assembly in regulated settings, and strong English communication. The role requires use of hand tools, careful documentation, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow Quality Management Systems and GDP; review maintenance records and complete documentation.
• Adhere to environmental, health and safety SOPs and policies.
• Maintain a continuous flow on the Servicing line and work with/without supervision.
• Operate tools and test devices to verify function and measurements.
• Escalate issues as needed based on procedures and device readings.
• Rotate to assembly, repair, packaging, spare parts and test operations as required.
• Prepare devices for shipment and document all steps.
