Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of maintenance experience or 3 years as a PMT.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on automated production machinery to reduce downtime.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure availability.
• Lead contractors and maintenance techs on projects with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering and suppliers.
