Baxter Healthcare Corporation seeks a Principle Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment at the Mountain Home plant. You will support plant operations, drive preventive maintenance, and lead contractors on projects with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, quality, and suppliers, plus hands-on problem solving and ongoing learning in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Work safely and be trained in all appropriate plant safety programs.
• Partner with engineering to develop solutions for new equipment and processes.
• Perform equipment relocations and document all work.
• Be proficient in technical drawings and schematics for electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Lead a technical team to implement new processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on automated production machinery to reduce downtime and meet schedules.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
• Drive process and equipment improvement and innovation.
• Interact with production, quality, engineering, drafting, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Investigate root cause issues and mitigate them independently or in teams.
