Baxter Healthcare is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support reliability and energy reduction initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and documenting activities to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

You will be part of a collaborative team with engineering, quality, and production partners, contributing to continuous improvement while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 4 years electrical distribution experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Associates degree in an electrical/technical related subject area.
• Must have basic English written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical equipment reliability and energy reduction projects.
• Lead installation work and document activities in systems.
• Write job plans and standard work for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Travel for factory acceptance testing as needed.
