Job summary

Baxter Healthcare in Cleveland, MS is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to ensure manufacturing equipment operates reliably and safely. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting across electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems.

Responsibilities include supporting equipment installation, collaborating with engineers and vendors, and maintaining quality records.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of mechanical systems repair, industrial maintenance, or equivalent technical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support plant production by performing repairs and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and vacuum systems.
• Rebuild and modify production machines to support technology improvements and control parts cost.
• Assist in installation of manufacturing equipment and support PMT, TPM, Lean Maintenance activities.

Education
