We are currently accepting applications for Summer Temporary Technicians at our Green Bay Manufacturing Facility. These positions support our assembly, fabrication, paintline, upholstery, warehouse, and plastics areas during the busy summer season. Training will be provided. Typically, technicians work 40-hour weeks, with schedules based on customer demand. Overtime is common, especially on weekdays and Saturdays, with Sundays voluntary and paid at double time.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Starting rate: $17.75/hour, higher for first-year employees beyond high school
• Additional pay for returning employees and summer bonuses for early hire
• Shift premiums: $2.00 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for 3rd shift and Weekend Workforce A
• Additional bonus for working through late August and hired on or before July 3rd, 2025

Shifts generally run as follows:

• 1st Shift: 6am-2pm
• 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
• 3rd Shift: 10pm-6am
• Weekend Workforce A: 10pm Friday - 10am Saturday; 10pm Saturday - 10am Sunday, plus one weekday shift
• Weekend Workforce B: 10am-10pm Saturday and Sunday, plus one weekday shift
