CELL PHONE REPAIR TECHNICIAN - Van Remote

POSITION DETAILS:

This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices in-store, as well as traveling to customer locations for mobile repairs. Repairs are scheduled from Monday to Sunday, 7AM-9PM, with a corporate vehicle provided for travel.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Travel safely to customer sites and arrive within scheduled times.
  • Update customers on repair status.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices.
  • Recommend solutions for problems.
  • Explain technical issues simply to customers.
  • Provide repair estimates.
  • Ensure repairs meet quality standards.
  • Greet customers warmly and maintain a positive environment.
  • Answer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
  • Manage devices and inventory securely.
  • Use the point of sale system to record customer and repair information.
  • Keep the repair van clean and professional.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to repair cell phones.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to pass driving, drug, and background checks.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PCs/MACs, and game consoles.
  • Previous retail electronics experience.
