Job summary

Baxter is seeking an SVP Technologist to operate, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment in a GMP environment. You will lead the designated shift, assign roles, and manage personnel resources while ensuring production efficiency and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include setting up machinery, driving process improvements, training team members, and maintaining GMP documentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required with 3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Lead shift, assign roles, and manage personnel resources.
• Oversee setup of machinery and ensure efficiency during production shifts.
• Own shift meetings and communicate safety protocols and plant-wide updates.
• Drive process improvement projects and train team members.
• Complete GDP/GMP paperwork accurately and maintain clean room procedures.
