Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Technologist/SVP to lead maintenance on manufacturing equipment. You will repair, troubleshoot, and maintain processes in a cGMP environment, while supervising a shift and coordinating with safety protocols and quality control.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, strong leadership, and the ability to drive improvements across production lines. Overtime may be required, and PPE is standard in a clean room setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a work team and manage personnel on shift.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Basic electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Troubleshoots machine issues and responds to process alarms.
• Perform routine, preventative maintenance requirements.
• Oversee shift employees and assign roles.
• Owns/drives shift tier meetings and plantwide communications, including safety protocols.
• Setup machinery prior to production and ensure efficiency during the shift.
• Initiates and drives process improvement projects for the department.
• Trains and develops team members.
• Complete GDP/GMP paperwork accurately.
• Work in a clean room environment wearing PPE.
