Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Associate's in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in mechanical systems repair or industrial maintenance.
• Experience with predictive maintenance tools and process.
• Ability to drive and guide repair with team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering for equipment modifications.
• Generate and refine PM procedures.
• Analyze machine failures to identify root causes and implement actions.
• Assist in annual equipment inspections and safety checks.
• Monitor parts spending and reliability trends to optimize performance.
• Use diagnostic tools and PLCs to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Develop standard work procedures for troubleshooting and setups/changeovers.
• Serve as SME for maintenance guidelines and processes.
