Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company. The Manufacturing Technician II reports to a Supervisor/Manager, Manufacturing and performs packaging operations in controlled areas, including line set-up, in-process monitoring, and batch record entries.

The role requires maintaining cGMP compliance, accurate documentation, and active participation in lean activities such as 5S. Candidates should be comfortable with SAP and related systems, and be capable of working in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills.
• Able to read, write, and understand English for SOPs and batch records.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and monitor line status.
• Start-up machinery, set up recipes, and perform data entry in SCADA/HMI.
• Perform manual packaging, rework in-process material, and visual quality inspections.
