Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support Inspection operations in a GMP environment. You will operate inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, execute line clearances, collect OEE data, and complete batch records per cGMP guidelines.

Ideal candidates have experience in regulated manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. This role requires 12-hour shifts and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate inspection machinery and monitor equipment status for smooth product flow.
• Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection and escalate concerns as needed.
• Start-up equipment, perform minor repairs, and assist cleaning and setup.
• Handle materials with pallet jacks and move materials in/out of cold rooms.
• Complete batch records and GMP documentation; maintain logs.
• Support 5S, lean initiatives, and process improvements.
• Use SAP for inventory control and data entry.
