Job summary

Resilience in Port Union, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support Filling operations in a regulated, cGMP environment. You will operate filling machinery, perform in-process monitoring, data entry, line clearances, and support validation, with emphasis on aseptic gowning and cleanroom practices on the manufacturing floor.

The role requires reading and following SOPs, batch records, and documentation with accuracy, teamwork, and a readiness to engage in lean activities and 5S.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Accurate data entry and batch record documentation skills.
• Basic math skills and routine calculation abilities.
• Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service filling machines and ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform in-process monitoring and data entry, including SCADA/HMI entries.
• Support cleaning, 5S, and lean activities; maintain cGMP compliance.
• Assist with validation/engineering protocols and preventive maintenance.
