Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II for Formulation on the night shift in West Chester, OH. The role supports formulation operations, operates equipment, maintains batch records, and ensures cGMP compliance.

The technician collaborates with mechanics and leads, performs start-up and batch execution, and assists with preventive maintenance and Lean activities. SAP and Veeva Vault experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow detailed instructions and communicate with team members.
• Attention to detail and accurate batch records/logbooks.

Responsibilities

• Operate start-up, equipment, and batch execution in a cGMP environment.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve production issues and ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor process execution and material readiness; perform line clearances and In-Process checks.
• Perform cleaning, sanitation, and equipment sanitation tasks per SOPs and SOP training.
