Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join the Manufacturing Team. You will perform a variety of packaging operations in controlled areas, monitor processes, complete batch records, and ensure adherence to cGMP standards while supporting continuous production.

The role requires experience in regulated manufacturing, strong written and numerical skills, and the ability to work on a 12-hour rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of product security controls and material handling equipment.
• Demonstrated documentation and data entry skills, including accurate completion of batch records and logbooks.
• Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform routine calculations.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records, and work instructions.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions with minimal supervision, escalating issues as needed.
• Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to identify deviations or inconsistencies in processes or documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP and/or Veeva Vault.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machinery and monitor status to ensure smooth product flow.
• Set up start-up, select recipes, and enter data on SCADA/HMI with minor sensor adjustments.
• Perform manual packaging and rework of in-process and finished materials.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and other light handling equipment safely.
• Conduct visual quality inspection and sampling of in-process materials and escalate issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and identify equipment defects, escalating to leads/managers.
• Maintain inventory records using SAP and WES and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with cGMP and safety procedures.
